As to NEO, there are no wings available in Blitz for smaller players at this moment. If I were you I'd just make another attempt to reason with your old leader and assure him that you will be on enough for the endgame.

Sorry, I did not want to criticise people that are not good at English. I know that there are many non-native speakers who have problems with English, but are good persons and players nevertheless.
I am not native English speaker either, and don't speak it that good.
